Paediatric First Aid Course (6 hours)
This course is suitable for Nannies wishing to join the Voluntary part of the Ofsted Childcare Register (OCR), Au Pairs, Babysitters, Parents and anybody who cares for children and needs a basic course.
The experienced specialist Paediatric Instructor will tailor the course to suit the client’s needs and cover realistic scenarios. Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation training is taught in line with the Resuscitation Council (UK) Guidelines 2015.
The course is run over one day and consists of theory and practical sessions.

Certification is based on continual assessment throughout the whole course by the Instructor. On successful completion of the course, students will be awarded a Paediatric First Aid 6 Hour Certificate which is valid for 3 years.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
During the 3 years the qualification is held with EMT Academy, students may contact us at any time for any guidance or queries they may have in relation to being a First Aider.
In addition EMT Academy provides a reminder service where the company or student will be contacted 6 months before the end of their 3 year qualification, to ensure they can arrange requalification before their certification expires.
